Good afternoon,
Sign-ups are now open for the 2-Man Member/Member Home Tournament on Sunday, July 5. I wanted to give everyone enough time to find a partner. If you are unable to find a partner, please sign up as a single player, and we will pair you with another member who is looking for a teammate. Please send $25.00 via Zelle to secure a spot and mark in the note: Home Tournament 07-05.
In keeping with our traditional Fourth of July celebration, the tournament will be played using a Red, White, and Blue tee format. For example, you will tee off on Hole #1 from the red tees, Hole #2 from the white tees, and Hole #3 from the blue tees, continuing that rotation throughout the entire round.

The tournament format will be as follows:
Front 9 – Best Ball
Each member of the team will play their own ball throughout the hole. The team’s score will be the lowest gross score recorded by either player on each hole. The Squabbit app will automatically apply handicap adjustments for tournament scoring.
Back 9 – Shamble
If you’re unfamiliar with the Shamble format, here’s how it works:
• Both players tee off on each hole.
• The team selects the best tee shot.
• Both players then play their own ball from that selected tee-shot location for the remainder of the hole.
• Each player completes the hole independently.
• The team’s score is the lowest individual score recorded by either player on the hole.
The Squabbit app will automatically apply handicap adjustments for tournament scoring.
