Good morning members,
It’s almost that time of the year—our Annual Club Championship is just around the corner!
This year’s championship will take place over two days:
June 6th and June 7th
Please note: participation in both days is required to be eligible for the Club Championship.
Please Carefully Review the Eligibility Requirements Below
To participate in the Club Championship, DMBC members must meet the following criteria:
- Have at least 20 rounds posted on GHIN
- Be a member in good standing for a minimum of 3 months
- Have participated in at least 30% of DMBC events (home and/or away tournaments)
- With 2 events remaining (Away @ Goose on 5/17 and Home Game on 5/23), the minimum required is 6 events
- Handicap will be based on your 6-month low index as of May 29, 2026
SCGA Tournament of Champions Eligibility
Club Champions will advance to the SCGA Tournament of Champions, funded by the Men’s Club. We will follow SCGA guidelines:
- Gross Club Champion (no handicap)
- Must be an amateur listed on the club’s active GHIN roster at time of victory and registration
- Must have a Handicap Index of 5.4 or lower
- If index is 5.5 or higher, player will compete in the Net Division
- A Flight Net Champion (with handicap)
- B Flight Net Champion (with handicap)
- Senior Gross Club Champion (no handicap)
- Must meet GHIN roster requirements
- Must have a Handicap Index of 9.4 or lower
- If index is 9.5 or higher, player will compete in the Net Division
- Must turn 55 years old by November 30, 2026
- Players with a Handicap Index of 5.4 or lower will automatically be entered into:
- A Flight and Gross Division
- Players 55+ with Handicap Index of 9.4 or lower will automatically be entered into:
- A Flight and Senior Gross Division
Entry Fee & Sign-Up Instructions
- Entry fee: $50.00
- Send payment via Zelle
- IMPORTANT: Include note → “FOR CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP”
(This helps us avoid confusion with upcoming events)
Do NOT sign up if:
- You are not yet qualified
- You do not intend to play both days

- Chrome Tour / Chrome Tour X

One-Day or Non-Eligible Players
- If you are not eligible or cannot play both days, you are still welcome to:
- Play one day only, or
- Participate in both days as part of the cash game
However, please do NOT sign up yet for these options.
We will open separate sign-ups for one-day participants in a couple of weeks.
