2026 Diamond Bar Men’s Club Annual Members Meeting

Gentlemen,

Our 2026 Diamond Bar Men’s Club Annual Members Meeting will be held on Saturday, October 3, following the completion of our monthly Home Tournament.

Lunch will be provided following your round. To help us get an accurate headcount and meal count, please submit your RSVP no later than Thursday, September 10.

Lunch Options:
• Island BBQ Plate – BBQ Pork Ribs, Huli Huli BBQ Chicken & Mac Salad
• Vegetarian Option

Meeting Agenda:
• State of the Men’s Club and recap of our 2026 accomplishments
• Club financial recap
• Club Championship & President’s Cup trophy presentations
• Election of the 2027 Board of Directors
• Upcoming changes to the Club Rules & Regulations, if any

As part of the RSVP, members will also have an opportunity to indicate their interest in serving on the 2027 Board of Directors and submit nominations for the following positions:

• Home Tournament Chairman

• Creative Arts & Communication Chairman
